21st Century Technology for Classroom Microscopy

This is an exciting time for classroom microscopy, but with all the competing products on the market, and constant changes in technology, it can be difficult to figure out how to best make use of new technologies in the classroom.  For classroom microscopy, the traditional model has been to have a binocular microscope for each student or small group of students, plus a teaching microscope up front with a camera connected to the classroom projection system.  This is still a viable option, but new Wi-Fi cameras now open up the field of digital microscopy to every student.  Below are two recommended options for adding Wi-Fi technology in the microscopy lab.
