Leitz Ortholux Pol, Used

Leitz Ortholux Pol, Used

Wow!  This German-made Leitz Ortholux Pol is the cleanest, newest looking and functioning Ortholux Pol we've seen in the last 30 years.  The gray color is rare and indicates that this was one of the last Ortholux Pol microscopes made.  It comes complete with a full set of Pol objectives, first order red and quarter wave compensators, attachable mechanical stage, trinocular head ready to accept a camera, centering wrenches for the nosepiece, Bertrand lens - everything needed in a research level polarizing microscope.  All mechanical components turn easily as this microscope has been amazingly well maintained.  It's so good, it should probably go in a museum.
