Replacement HC Photoport for Leica

We have often needed a replacement HC photoport for older Leica DM series trinocular heads, so we made some.  Note that the older heads like this had a 37mm phototube for which it is difficult to find camera adapters, but it's easy to remove the 37mm tube and replace it with one of these current Leica HC style phototubes.  If you need a C-mount or T-mount adapter to fit this, we have those, too:
