Digi-Unimac-4K Macro Inspection and Measuring System

The Digi-Unimac-4K is our 4th generation Macro Inspection System, now with an improved USB-3 8MP digital camera and X/Y stage - all in a very compact unit.  This device has both HDMI output to an HDTV monitor and USB3 output to a computer using the included Mosaic-3 software.  The Mosaic-3 software allows image capture, Live EDF Z-stacking, manual tiling, manual calibrated measuring of lines / angles / circles.  On board firmware allows most functions to also work without a computer using an included USB mouse controller.  In this case images and videos are saved to a standard USB thumb drive.  The standard configuration now includes an LED ringlight with polarizer and an NIST traceable metal ruler for calibration.

Options include auxiliary lenses for more or less magnification, substage illumination, various types of stands, and upgraded imaging software.  Contact us to discuss your specific application.
